Where can I buy this product?

Will any USB-C port run the display?
No. A single-cable connection requires video output support and enough power from the USB-C port. A charging-only port cannot send a picture. When using Mini HDMI, connect USB-C power separately and select the correct input.
Why is the refresh rate lower than expected?
Select the monitor in your operating system's advanced display settings and choose a supported refresh rate. Check the resolution, cable, connection and graphics hardware. On a desktop with a dedicated graphics card, connect the monitor to that card; the motherboard output does not automatically use its performance. A game's frame rate and the monitor's refresh rate are different values.
What should I check if there is no picture?
Check the power connection and indicator, select the input that matches your cable, then reconnect both cable ends. Try another compatible cable or device. On a desktop with dedicated graphics, use the graphics card's video output. Contact support if the problem continues.
Can I use a monitor arm?
Check the VESA specification for this exact model and make sure the arm supports its size and weight. Follow the mounting instructions and use the specified screw length. If VESA support is not confirmed, contact support before buying an arm.
How should I clean the screen?
Switch off and unplug the monitor. Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Do not spray liquid directly on the screen or apply strong pressure. Keep ventilation openings clear.
